Very quick service, always replied to emails promptly, gave a good estimate. Sent the ring and as soon as it was received I was given a definate price, the money was then sent to my bank as soon as I had completed the paperwork. Very quick reliable service.

An amazing service with Celsteel! I started trying to get the best offer for two diamond rings on a Wednesday. The best offer was by far from Celsteel. I sent rings off to Phillip Chib (Director) that day, I had a confirmed offer Thursday morning which I accepted. I emailed my signed declaration form Friday morning (around 7.30am) Phillip responded immediately (probably over his breakfast, in his own time) to let me know that when he got in to the office he would transfer monies. We had a friendly greeting followed by having all details explained in selling a diamond. Each step was shown about our diamond clarity,weight etc. After all put together a price was offered, we were given time to decide or go away and think about it even go somewhere else to see if we could get a better price. The offer was close to what we already knew, agreed sale payment received. Left feeling relaxed over whole experience.
